Boarding Requirements: What Your Dog Needs Before Their Stay

The essentials
Up to 15 kg, 4+ months old
We're a small-dog hotel: every guest weighs 15 kg or less and is at least 4 months old. That keeps play safe and calm for everyone.
Vaccinated by a vet, with records
Puppies (from 4 months): 3 core vaccinations plus tick/flea treatment and deworming. Adults: yearly vaccinations plus rabies, tick/flea treatment and deworming. Show the vaccination book on check-in day, or send us a photo in advance.
Ticks, fleas & deworming
No fleas or ticks on arrival. Tick/flea treatment and deworming are required, with a record in the vaccination book. Tip: deworming every 3 months keeps it easy.
Friendly temperament
Dogs share playtime cage-free, so we only accept dogs that are not aggressive and not prone to biting people or other dogs.
Healthy & bathed within 7 days
Please bath your dog within the 7 days before check-in. No illness, diarrhoea, wounds or skin problems on arrival.
Belly band or diaper indoors
Male dogs — and any dog not reliably toilet-trained — must wear a belly band or diaper inside the house. Bring your own, or buy them from us at ฿20 per piece.
Owner ID
Send a photo of the owner's ID card or passport to register before check-in.
฿500 deposit per dog
Not included in the boarding fee. Refunded on the day you collect your dog; not refunded if you cancel on the check-in day. Spaces are limited — bookings are confirmed in order of deposit payment.
Ticks and fleas policy
Ticks and fleas spread quickly between dogs that share a home, so we take this seriously.
If we find ticks or fleas on your dog, the owner must collect the dog straight away. We then need to clean and close the space, and a cleaning charge may apply.
Please check your dog carefully and keep their tick, flea and deworming treatment up to date before the stay.
Health before your stay
In the days before the stay, please don't try new foods or anything unusual — keep your dog's routine the same.
If your dog has diarrhoea or abnormally loose stool on check-in day, we can't accept the stay. If it starts during the stay, we'll contact you to collect your dog. This protects the health of the other dogs.
In these cases the deposit is kept, because the space was reserved for your dog and can't be re-let.
Belly bands and diapers
Male dogs must wear a belly band (male wrap) or diaper inside the house in all cases — and so must any dog that isn't reliably toilet-trained.
Bring enough for the whole stay: usually 2–3 belly bands per day, depending on how much your dog pees. We change them regularly so your dog stays dry and comfortable. Forgot or ran out? We sell them at ฿20 per piece.
Please put the belly band on before you bring your dog into the house — some boys like to mark a new place straight away.
Check-in and check-out hours
Every day 09:00–18:00. Outside these hours we charge ฿50 per hour per dog. Pickup and drop-off also run within these hours.
09:00–18:00
What to pack
- Enough of your dog's usual food for the whole stay — familiar food helps prevent allergies and diarrhoea from a sudden change
- Pee pads for the whole stay
- Belly bands / diapers for the whole stay — usually 2–3 per day (boys and dogs not reliably toilet-trained)
- A few treats or the wet food your dog usually eats, in case stress puts them off their main meal
- The vaccination book (or send photos in advance)
- Medication, with written dose and timing
- Collar or harness and lead
- Optional: familiar items — a toy, bed, favourite blanket or plush (we have toys and beds too)
Food and BARF
Please bring your dog's own food — sudden diet changes upset small tummies and can trigger allergies or diarrhoea. Raw-fed dogs are welcome: we have a fridge to store BARF meals. Let us know portion sizes and feeding times.
Medication
We can give your dog their medication during the stay for ฿50 per day. Bring it in its original packaging with clear written instructions. If your dog is a senior or has a health condition, tell us about it on LINE before booking.

Questions about requirements
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Puppies must be at least 4 months old with 3 core vaccinations, tick/flea treatment and deworming. Adult dogs need yearly vaccinations plus rabies, tick/flea treatment and deworming. All given by a vet, with records.
Can I send a photo of the vaccination book instead?
Yes. Bring the book on check-in day, or send photos in advance: the page with your dog's name and latest vaccination, plus the tick/flea and deworming records.
Is deworming required?
Yes — deworming is required, with a record, just like tick and flea treatment. Many owners simply deworm every 3 months.
Can I cancel my booking?
The ฿500 deposit is refunded on the day you collect your dog, but not if you cancel on the check-in day. Need to change dates? Tell us on LINE as early as you can.
Does my dog need a belly band or diaper?
Male dogs must wear one inside the house in all cases, and so must any dog that isn't reliably toilet-trained. Bring about 2–3 per day for the whole stay, or buy them from us at ฿20 per piece. Please put it on before coming into the house.
What if my dog has diarrhoea?
If your dog has diarrhoea or abnormal loose stool on check-in day, we can't accept the stay; if it starts during the stay, we'll ask you to collect your dog. This protects the other dogs, and the deposit is kept because the space was reserved. Please avoid new foods before the stay.
My dog weighs slightly over 15 kg. Can they stay?
Our limit is 15 kg, because we are a small-dog-only hotel.
What happens if my dog has ticks or fleas?
The owner must collect the dog immediately, and a cleaning charge may apply. Please make sure tick and flea prevention is up to date.
Can I drop my dog off in the evening?
Check-in runs 09:00–18:00. Outside these hours we can arrange it for ฿50 per hour per dog — ask us on LINE.
