Why travellers in the north use us
The airport zone is where trips start and end. What most travellers from the north of the island need is simple: someone to take the dog before the flight and bring the dog back after landing, so the owner does not have to make an extra round trip across Phuket on travel day.
Many homes around Mai Khao, Nai Yang and Sakhu are villas and quiet housing estates a long way from any pet hotel. Pickup means you can finish packing while your dog is already on the way to us.
Because flights do not always fit office hours, we plan the timing with you. Pickup is normally between 09:00 and 18:00; earlier or later handovers are possible for a small hourly fee.
Typical pickup points in the airport zone
Common handover points north of the island:
- Your home or villa in Mai Khao, Nai Yang or Sakhu — the easiest option, done before you leave for the airport
- Hotels and resorts along the northern beaches, at the lobby or entrance
- Near the Phuket International Airport terminal, at a meeting point agreed on LINE, when your timing makes a home pickup impossible
- Return drop-off at your home after you land, within check-out hours
Leave plenty of margin before check-in for your flight: we usually suggest collecting your dog at least a few hours before departure. Handover outside 09:00–18:00 costs ฿50 per hour per dog. Pickup fees depend on the address and are quoted on LINE.

New Year season (20 Dec 2026 – 20 Jan 2027) is ฿500/day for dogs up to 10 kg and is advance-booking only — book pickup early, the roads are busy.

How long before my flight should you pick up my dog?
We suggest a pickup from home a few hours before you leave for the airport, so you are not rushed. Send us your flight time on LINE and we will agree a time together.
Can you meet me at the airport instead of my home?
Often yes, when timing makes a home pickup difficult. We agree the exact meeting point and time on LINE before the day. Handovers outside 09:00–18:00 are charged at the off-hours rate.
Can you bring my dog home after I land?
Yes. Tell us your arrival time and address and we plan the return drop-off. If you land late in the evening, the dog can stay one more night and come home the next morning instead.
