What we collect
When you contact us on LINE, by phone or by email, you may share your name, your LINE display name, phone number or email address, a photo of your ID card or passport, your dog's name, breed, weight, age, health and feeding notes, a photo of the vaccination book, your stay dates and, if you want pickup, your pickup address.
This website has no booking form and no user accounts, so we don't store this information on the website itself.
How we use it
Only to answer your questions, manage your booking, care for your dog, arrange pickup and drop-off, and send you photo updates during the stay. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Photos of your dog
We love sharing our guests' day on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. If you'd rather your dog isn't posted, just tell us and we won't post them.
Website analytics
We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count visits and see which pages are useful. It gives us aggregated statistics, not your identity. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
Third-party services
LINE, email providers and social networks have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them. Links to these services open their sites.
Your rights
