Dog Boarding FAQ: Everything Pawrents Ask Us

Per day, by weight: 1–4 kg ฿350, 4.1–10 kg ฿400, 10.1–15 kg ฿450. Daily, weekly and monthly stays are available.

Message us on LINE (@pearpawshphuket) with your dates and your dog's name, breed, weight and age, plus a photo of your ID card or passport for registration and photos of the vaccination book. You can also call 083-924-1792. Spaces are limited, so bookings are confirmed first-come, first-served once the deposit is paid.

Yes, ฿500 per dog to confirm the booking, not included in the boarding fee. It's refunded on the day you collect your dog, but not if you cancel on the check-in day — or if we can't accept or continue the stay because your dog has diarrhoea.

Small dogs up to 15 kg, at least 4 months old. We don't board big dogs.

No, we are a small-dog hotel only.

Puppies (at least 4 months): 3 core vaccinations plus tick/flea treatment and deworming. Adults: yearly vaccinations plus rabies, tick/flea treatment and deworming. Everything given by a vet, with records.

Yes. Deworming is required with a record, just like tick and flea treatment. Deworming every 3 months is an easy routine to keep it up to date.

Yes. Show the book on check-in day, or send photos in advance: the page with your dog's name and latest vaccination, plus the tick/flea and deworming records.

Yes. Siblings sharing one room: each dog gets ฿50 off per day.

It depends on weight. Dogs 1–4 kg stay in a Mini room (90 × 90 cm); dogs 4.1–15 kg stay in a Premium room (90 × 180 cm). Both are open wooden rooms inside the air-conditioned house. Upgrading from Mini to Premium is +฿50 per day.

Yes. The house has CCTV, on top of 24-hour care and daily photo updates on LINE.

Shy dogs are welcome — our small, cage-free group suits them well. We can't accept dogs that are aggressive or prone to biting. If a dog bites a carer, the owner pays penalty fees and medical costs.

Tell us about your senior dog on LINE first — age, health and routine. We can give daily medication (฿50 per day) and take them to the vet if needed (฿150 per trip, treatment costs separate).

The owner must collect the dog immediately, and a cleaning charge may apply. Please keep tick and flea prevention up to date.

If your dog has diarrhoea or abnormal loose stool on check-in day, we can't accept the stay. If it starts during the stay, we contact you to collect your dog — for the health of the other dogs. The deposit is kept in that case, because the space was reserved. Please avoid new foods before the stay.

No metal cages. Each dog has a roomy open wooden room (Mini or Premium) inside the air-conditioned house, and comes out for play time with soft beds, sofas and a play yard.

Male dogs must wear a belly band or diaper inside the house in all cases, and so must any dog that isn't reliably toilet-trained. If you don't bring one, we sell them at ฿20 per piece. Please put it on before bringing your dog into the house.

Usually 2–3 per day, depending on how much your dog pees — we change them regularly so your dog stays dry. Bring enough for the whole stay, plus pee pads.

Yes, we send photo updates on LINE every day. The air-con runs 24/7 with an air purifier, so you can picture them cool and comfy.

Your dog's usual food, enough for the whole stay — a sudden change can cause allergies or diarrhoea. Add a few treats or the wet food they usually eat, in case stress puts them off their main meal. BARF and raw diets are welcome — we keep them in our fridge.

There's no grooming at the hotel, but we can take your dog for a bath & grooming trip for ฿100 per trip.

Yes, for ฿50 per day. Bring it with clear written instructions.

We contact you on LINE and take your dog to the vet (฿150 per trip; treatment costs are separate). In an emergency we go straight to a 24-hour animal clinic.

Yes, anywhere in Phuket — homes, condos, villas and the airport — between 09:00 and 18:00. The fee depends on your address and is quoted on LINE.

In the Phuket Town area. We share the exact address with confirmed guests.

09:00–18:00 daily. Outside these hours it's ฿50 per hour per dog.
