Why Patong and Kathu owners use pickup
Many dog owners in Patong live in condos or serviced apartments and do not keep a car. Crossing the Patong hill with a small dog on a scooter is not something anyone wants to do, so pickup is the natural choice here.
Patong is busy, noisy and hot in the middle of the day. Boarding gives small dogs a quieter few days in air-conditioned rooms with a garden to play in, while you travel or work long hours.
Kathu and Kamala are more residential, with family homes and villas. Owners there use us for holidays, visa trips and work travel, and like that their dog comes back home to the door afterwards.

The road over the hill between Patong and town can be slow at rush hour, so we plan pickups at quieter times when we can. Pickup and drop-off are between 09:00 and 18:00 (outside hours +฿50 per hour per dog). The fee is quoted on LINE for your address.

Boarding rates for dogs from Patong & Kathu
Same rates wherever you live in Phuket — priced per day by your dog's weight. Pickup is quoted separately.
New Year season (20 Dec 2026 – 20 Jan 2027) is ฿500/day for dogs up to 10 kg and is advance-booking only — book pickup early, the roads are busy.

Can you pick up from my hotel in Patong?
Yes. We meet you at the hotel entrance or lobby. Please check that your hotel is happy with the handover, and send us the hotel name on LINE so we can quote the pickup fee.
I don't have a car in Patong. Can you also bring my dog back?
Yes. Pickup and return drop-off are both available. Tell us both dates when you book and we plan the times within 09:00–18:00.
Is the drive over Patong hill stressful for small dogs?
It is a short trip of about 20–30 minutes in an air-conditioned car. Dogs ride secured, and one handler looks after them from door to door. If your dog gets carsick, skip the big meal before pickup.
